Continuing, Full-time Contract (1.0 FTE)
Bring your HR experience and expertise in employment relations to advise and support passionate health researchers, highly skilled professionals, and dynamic project teams across the Northern Territory and beyond. We are seeking a talented, collaborative HR leader who can offer practical guidance, monitor emerging risks, and provide human-centred solutions.
In this role, you'll lead and oversee key people projects, including implementing a new HRIS and negotiating a new Enterprise Agreement.
